Once again I cannot contact the people that I have a group project with, so I am putting this blog post up. Leslie, I do not have your email and I tried "artcat04" with everything after it and yet still cannot make it work. So hopefully someone will see this and comment so I can email them.

Explication of "Pastoral"

Our group is going to analyze and explicate the poem "Pastoral" by Michael Gullickson. What do we want to do? How do we want to do it? When are we going to do it?
So far I've put a PowerPoint that looks really bad and power-point-ish but then looks really good. I will add Wordles and other stuff, but we need to analyze it too. I hope we have a lot of time on Monday to work on it.

How are we going to pay it all back?

According to http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/, America is in 10 trillion dollars of debt. I don't know if that's accurate or not, but I am sure that America needs to pay it back or else we're in trouble. So how do we pay it back? We need some ideas besides raising taxes because that's not any fun. International bake sale? Car washes from California to New York? Each American person owes about $34,000, so we'd better get cranking! Any really good ideas, or just zany ones?
